"Breastfeeding Guilt" follow-up! & PSA

A short while ago, I was really considering stopping breastfeeding because of the incovenience but felt guiltly...bla, bla, you know the story.

Well, in my search to find answers on how to protect my family from all of this gosh-darn flu talk....I found this....

taken from the CDC website...

"Should I stop breastfeeding my baby if I think I have come in contact with the flu?
No. Because mothers make antibodies to fight diseases they come in contact with, their milk is custom-made to fight the diseases their babies are exposed to as well. This is really important in young babies when their immune system is still developing."

Sooo, WOW! That was enough motivation for me to definitely not want to stop!
