Multifunctional Socks!
What is the most logical thing a 2 year old should do immediately after her mother puts her socks on in the morning? Take them off and put them on her hands, of course! That wasn't the most obvious answer to you? Duh - don't you put socks on your hands?!? Just kidding. I know - this is the oddest thing, and I have no idea why she does it. She doesn't even care if it is freezing cold in our house .. I can't even trick her into keeping them on her feet. I'm still not clear on what purpose they serve while on her hands, but I don't think she knows either. Sometimes they give magic powers....she jumps around and makes crazy soounds. Sometimes they serve as cleaning tools. She puts them on then vigorously cleans her toys (that was is my favorite.) Either way - she's a pretty funny kid!]

ReplyDeleteMakes perfect sense to me. I just put all Stephen's old socks in a rag box for staining and polishing. The kid is on to something!
